Cleaning & Sanitation:
In addition to existing continuous cleaning protocols, we will add a rigorous, deep-cleaning and disinfecting process throughout the day. Medical-grade, EPA-registered disinfectants which are designated effective against the COVID-19 virus will be used for all continuous and deep-cleaning processes.
We will be adjusting Jenga operating hours to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting overnight.
We will maintain high hygiene standards by regular cleaning of all common areas, all facilities/rooms pathways and kitchens. This includes Jenga Fitness, Jenga Relax & Jenga Bar.
We will, with consent to respect your privacy, clean your desk area on a regular basis throughout the day.
Members will be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering the area and frequently throughout their visit. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the studio.
Members and our teams will be required to complete a mandatory Health Declaration before each visit to confirm they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, nor have they come in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms.
Members and our teams will have body temperatures taken prior to entering the gym. Individuals with a body temperature greater than 37.5 degrees, or local guidelines, will not be permitted entry into the studio.
Members will be asked to alert the Manager if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their last visit. We will email notification to all potentially exposed persons if there is a confirmed case of COVID-19.
Jenga Fitness – We will allow a minimum of 15 minutes between Jenga Fitness group classes for disinfecting the studio and all equipment.
We will disinfect Jenga Fitness member lockers after each use.
Our teams will be provided with face masks, which will be required to be worn in the gym at all times. Members will be required to wear face coverings all times in the gym, except while vigorously training, but you must keep your mask on you at all times
It is recommended but not required that members wear gloves during their visit.
During the initial reopening period, the shower facilities will be closed. No towels, yoga mats or drinking cups will be provided and members will be required to carry their own.
So members can give each other enough space, physical distancing cues will be marked throughout all areas.
To ensure physical distancing, we will limit capacity until further notice.
